First Thing First

you have had your inspection accepted a quote and now its time for work to begin

Repairs carried out

First thing is to take care of the repairs and get your roof working the way it should again. all broken tiles removed and replaced, any other repairs specific to your roof carried out and a final check over before cleaning commences

bedding and pointing

any areas of concern on the ridging will be re bedded and the entire roof will be re pointed pointing is essential to the process as it is the flexible adhesive that holds the ridge capping in place.

Clean the roof

Time for a pressure clean we use very powerful yet efficient machinery that can lift years of build up in a matter of seconds. during this process your storm water will be diverted away from your water tanks and away from city storm water collection in order to protect your water quality and the environment.

Paint

Now that the roof is restored to the proper standards it's time to make it look like new. first up is the primer.

there are many different types of primer and we will select the appropriate one to suit your roof for example a roof that has been previously painted will require a different primer. then me move on to the finishing coats this is usually 2 sometimes 3 coats of the highest quality acrylic membrane paint. learn more about our paint here
